Afni sent us a bill stating we owed Charter Communications $341.73 on past due balance. We have not been with Charter for almost 4 years now. Our monthly charge with Charter was up to date when we moved from the community in 2003.
I noticed in the notice that there were no dates of the so called alleged incurrance of the bill. There were no late fees.
There were warnings of it being turned in to credit bureaus. More like threats. They do offer a phone number of Charter Communications but I don't trust them that this is even the right number. We checked online under afni and wow.
Nothing but one complaint after another. We are checking with Charter about this.
