After buying an Oreck machine this past year I determined lately to obtain fresh flooring... Frez'e design, which is really a complicated quick shag, significantly less than an inch-long. To my dismay I came across that I really couldnot transfer it forward or backward because of the suction... The machine does not have any handle for modification. And so I named Oreck and requested them when they had some type of modifications to suit the machine wheels to regulate it for my flooring... He explained that they didn't and mentioned they've been experiencing this issue for over annually because the Frez'e flooring has been placed on the marketplace, however the developers has not develop an answer. And so Iam caught having a $400 machine that I cannot use. Exactly what a disgrace... An expensive one
I'd like additional customers to become mindful when they decide to purchase an Oreck they have to realize that it is just great about the cheaper rugs which are smooth with small heap... Since the machine isn't flexible.
