Awful service

I bought some 4 WeatherTech in-route screen visors for my 2009 GMC Acadia in January. The leading collection clicked in to the screen funnel without glue and work great. The trunk collection features a thin coating of sticky movie about the flange made to squeeze into the funnel and stick to the widow weatherstripping. Sadly, the peak flange is firm and doesn't permit the glue to stay followed the rubber burning.

A couple weeks after installation, I approached the AutoAnything.com (on line store) to see them the rear peak would not stick nicely and was creating my screen to trickle. They approached the maker who subsequently sent an upgraded collection. I mounted the brand new collection, simply to have equally crash a couple weeks later. They both dropped from the vehicle due to the bad style — the sticky strip isn't enough to put on them in position. (I've mounted screen visors on at least six automobiles previously and also have never had an issue. This issue isn't because of installation mistake, but from the bad style.) Following the next collection failed, I approached AutoAnything and requested for whether reimbursement or perhaps a group of visors produced by another producer because the WeatherTech product was a defective item. After numerous emails and telephone calls, Autoanything responded saying the producer won't substitute the merchandise given that they changed it once after which agreed to promote me an upgraded in a reduced cost. I responded this was undesirable which I ought to not need to buy an upgraded to get a merchandise that's failed twice inside a month or two. I expected to get a manger to make contact with me to go over the problem or that I'd document a formal complaint. Which was yesterday. AutoAnything has declined to answer.

Main point here is the fact that I settled reduced cost to get a product that doesn't function and also the organization won't remain behind the merchandise. AutoAnything won't return or substitute the defective item, which fails within 8 weeks. AutoAnything states that their return policy is thirty days. This isn't a return for hate of the merchandise (I really such as the styling.), but a return because of item failure (twice). Autoanything isn't a organization when they conceal behind A - 30 day return policy in the place of standing behind these products they market. They're tearing off clients in the place of honorably serving them.
