I placed an order, online, which showed "instock." The item was stated to be shipped out by 11/08. I called because I had not received a shipping email. I was told that the shipping details could take 2 days. Well a couple of minutes later, I received an email stating that the shipping date changed to 11/17. I immediately cancelled my order and received an email stating not to contact company for, at least 3 days and that there is no guarantee that my item is cancelled or something to that effect. What the heck?!
I couldn't remember which online Auto company that I used, last year around the same time (holiday shopping) that I had problems with, until I received their email about the change in shipping dates. This was the same company with the same problems from last year. I will not forget it the 2nd time around. But I want my order cancelled and am calling the card company to ensure they have cancelled the funds.
