Before Noon today on 8/24 I had left a message for sales to get into contact with me. Dustin the idiot called back. I told him it is important to get a set of Catback Exhaust today for WILL CALL and he said not a problem. Knowing that we have a deadline for a write up for an up coming press release for a non disclosure company using their parts. He then referred me to Autoanything.com to which John called and took my order at 2:20pm.
I then called Dustin at JBA for the warehouse directions since they have different locations why??? Good question. The secretary tells me that WILL CALL is impossible because everyone had left at 12pm today. Then Dustin tells me they left at 3pm today and never received the order from Autoanything.com 45minutes later.
I called the number of the address of their warehouse which is 15601 Cypress Ave, Baldwin Park, CA. To whom is also occupied by Seaboard Envelope Co.
