At first the bill was 262.00 a month come to find out they added the internet, and texting to the plan. Never give us a agreement, after calling and getting the stuff taking off plan things seemed to be ok, for a year and five months we never went over on minutes, then in august there it was we had went over, there calucaltions over 600.00 dollars. Was told you lose your rollover mins after a year never told this or no notice, but they waited 5 months after the year to drop are rollover mins.
Which in august we would have accumlated over 5000. Then after that they bill was getting higer, icalled they took off 250 dollars and was going to adjust the plan to roll what we owed into a 4000 min plan so they say we would just lose mins on that plan, whoops rep did"nt change plan after getting things work out (at least what we thought) and pay them 550 dollars and still paying the next month they said we went over the 4000 mins in jan, feb.
So in feb we told them on 3/24/08 we would cancel are contract which was the cancelation date for 2 years, they cut are phones off on 3/4/08 and we called on the 24th to cancell the complete contract they did it on the 23rd the day befor we were to cancell, so they added on to this bill disconnection fees of 525 more dollars, we have tried to talk to them about this and they will only work 1 way with us pay 1269.45 and were done, i asked if they would wave the cancellation fee knowing it was one day we would have canceled, so they turned ut over to a collection company first revenue assurance all ready a rip off company what can you do?
