I have the Bissell Pro Heat 2x (the 9500). I used it once last year. Took it out to use it and I can’t use the attachments because no water makes its way down the hose. I called and got however did speak to someone who told me since I had the machine for over a year I would have to pay for the repairs. I used it ONCE! And it was not cheap. Amazing. I don’t even want to get into the Steam Mop which after a year leaks water onto the floor with no steam coming out. I will NEVER buy a Bissell again after this. What kind of service are the giving their customers. They must not want return buyers! I am telling family and friends to STAY AWAY from Bissell products!
