Machine broken again
This Pro Heat was bought as a Christmas present, and not even opened until summer of '08. I have used it maybe 15 times or less. Last summer I had to take it to a service center over an hour away, and had belt replaced. Bissell had told me on phone that I needed to only use Bissell bags and belts. ...
