I was in the process of ordering some Linen from this comapny. My total was $213.00. The owner named Kathy was the person that I placed the order with. She told me that she would fax me an invoice and a rental agreement so that I could sign to confirm me reservation. On the contract it states Please confrim your reservation, read and agree to the rental terms. Sign and date ALL forms and return within 10 days to complete reservation.
However when I read over the contract I noticed some things that I disagree with. One was that the were not responsible if you don't receive the equipment. And that you would be charged for it. The also stated that you could not cancell the order and I you cancelled the order you could only get back 50% of your money.
I totally disagreed with those terms. So I did not sign the conract and send it back. I told her that I wanted to cancell the order. Well these people still went into my account with out my permission they also took more than what the order was for.
Kathy told me that she was not giving me any of my money back that I had to hire a lawyer. Then she called and said that she would give me back half of my money but I had to sign the contract. If I did not sign that they would send the merchandise. Well on March 20 the merchandise was scheduled to arrive at my job. I did not sign the contract and the merchandise never showed up.
I could not get my money back because the bank that I bank with does not protect debit charges. The told me that Visa denied it. And they released my money to these people with out having anything signed from me. HSE Credit Union.

Caution!!! Do no do business with these people.
They are ripping people off.
