They sold me fake TR jeans, after my complaints, they took them off their site & put them on a new site:

All these places are run by the same people and they sell all fake items. I am still trying to get my money back and send them back their fake items to china or somewhere else they found them. Read the emails below to what excuse they gave me when i told them that they were fake.

I am contacting you this time because I am little worried about the authenticity of the true religion jeans I bought recently. Specially the second pair I got is an obvious fake one. I have taken it to a True religion jean store near by and they have also confirmed that. I am just wondering where you guys get the products. The tag doesn't match, the name doesn't match, the pockets are not right, the length and the stitching is off, the name of the jeans is wrong... You name it. My question is:
True Religion Joey Bronze Flaps in Medium Wash, this is the second jeans I bought. Do you claim it's authentic True religion jeans OR not?
I want to spend how ever much it is on a real true True religion jeans, not on a fake one. I am going to take the second pair as well and have them examined it and I will let you know what they are going to say, but mean while I need full refund on the second one I bought. I might need to return the first one as well depending on what they say.
So let me know what I should do next.

All items are purchased from dept. Store display items and some overstock inventory and are documented as authentic. Usually items designed for display purposes are made with a ligther weight denim or cotton and some irregularities may be present.
If you have noticed, True Religion jeans are not sold on the site anymore. The reasoning for this is too many customer complaints regarding quality and the company has been getting passed some customer returns from certain stores which have actually been replicas and/or altered by the dept. Store's customer in an attempt to return a fraudulent item and claim it was sold to them by the store. Sad, but true, and it seems to happen with True Religion more than any other designer.
In any event, what I have available to you if you are not happy with the order is:
A 40% refund on the order total whereas you would keep the items.
A return for the joey bronze sent to you on exchange. The original TR purchased is not eligible for return because the original order date is past the 14 business day return policy.
Please adivse if you would like to accept the refund or if you would like me to set up the return for the Joey Bronze and request a waiver of the restocking fee which would net you a refund of $63.20 which was the purchase price paid for the Antik jeans which were returned for the exchange.

Thank you for your explanation, part of what you said could be True. I am not going to judge I just know what I want. I have worked for years in dep. Stores and I know they don't alter any item.instead they use pins and things that form to fit the product, and even if we say they alter I am 100% sure they will never touch the length of the jeans, or the pocket of the jeans The Jeans I bought are made for short people height around 5 or 5'2, and with the wrong stitching and size of pocket, real TR jeans by nature are long (ALL of them). I am serious when I said these are not only altered but they are FAKE. And yes I have noticed that there is no TR on your website and also read bunch of reviews what other customers have to say about their experiences are in buying items from Xscollection. And I tell you, they don't say much good things. I am just letting you know. I will be worried.
I am not going to accept 40%, and I don't understand why you would want me to keep the items. That's not right way of doing business. I will be honest with you and let you know that I don't like FAKE items, Which both jeans are, and I can prove it. It's not because the jeans didn't fit or not because I didn't like the style, simply they are fake, that's why I am returning them, I had the impression of them being real when i placed the order. So i don't think the 14 day return policy should apply on me. I want a 100% return with no restocking fee, plus you will need to send me UPS tag so I can mail it back to you, I don't want to spend any shipping fee. It's not worn, they still have the fake tags on them. It's funny even the serial number on the tags for 2 different jeans is the same, it's like they fabricate the tags else where and just attach it to any TR jeans. I don't think dep stores do that. Even the name of the jeans doesn't match. It's just not fair.
So I guess this is what i have to say and want to do, I am a simple person with simple needs and would wants to spend my money on something real, and these made me sad. I don't want to feel like I was cheated. Let's have a legitimate transaction with no buts and whys so I can just put this behind me and carry on.

Yea they don't show a contact number any more in all those sites, but there used to be one, and that number is 1-888-246-5188
Please be aware of those scammers. Check and see if they have ligitimate number address, contact info before placing order, just check if they can be traceable.
