Went online and ordered a pair of True Religion Jeans... Or so I thought, they arrived and I tried them on size 26 loose fit:-) but they tore in 3 places, any movement in these jeans (which again are loose fitting) and the material tears... Dried out fake true religion jeans. I had to send 6 emails in order to get a response and they wanted me to pay to return the Jeans, then charge me a re-stocking fee... OMG!!! I 'm supposed to pay to ship back a pair of jeans and pay for it and restocking, not only did they RIP ME OFF but they want me to pay for Discovering this. See email sent by the REP of XS Collection; please note I tried to call during business hours (they don't have a phone number listed so you have to click on a link for live help) By the way its always unavailable.

I've never actually heard of the term "dry rot" regarding a pair of jeans so I am unsure how to address this issue. However, RMA#s for refund are only issued by telephone through the customer service dept during regular business hours.
If you experience high call volumes and are asked to leave a voice message, please leave your name and order number and speak clearly so a representative may call you back ASAP.
Beware of this company, don't get ripped off like i did
