This company (Imperial Fire and Casualty Insurance) does not want me as a customer and does not want to return my money
1. Feb 2, they send me a letter of NON-RENEWAL Food Insurance Policy
2. I got a new policy with Allstate and I pay it full in advance Feb 17, with new Elevation inspection and certificated
3. Feb 3, My scroll account send payment to Imperial Fire and Casualty Insurance before I stop the payment
4. Feb 17, I request to Imperial Fire and Casualty Insurance return the money
5. Apr 22, they refuse to return my money
I invest my time and money because Imperial Fire and Casualty Insurance send me the letter of Non-Renewal
And now they do not want to return my money and ask for cancelation of the new policy with Allstate, change my Scroll account
They told me they are protected by the Flood law and I have nothing to request because Allstate took 30 days to activate the Flood policy (new customer)
What law can protect a company that does not want the customer but wants to keep his money?
Please help me against this TOTAL abuse
