Sure enough... We got tenants. They refused to pay rent. We evicted them. They trashed the house. Approx. 50,000 in damage. Allstate refuses to pay. Allstate refused to send an insurance adjuster. Allstate said the only way we where covered is if they set the house on fire blew it up and flooded it... We're not covered for flood...
