I joined allstate in 2009 after being raped by progressive insurance. I was assured at that time by my agent-Labrina McDonald that they (progressive insurance) were overcharging me and not providing adequate coverage. I was further assured i would be in good hands-now. I Have been with this company for 2 years, no accidents, no claims, no violations moving or other. My premiums have increased 100.00 per month during that period. The best impersonal answer i received was it was based on the region in which i lived-the region? Did not move from the time i signed up what region could it be? My insurance agent would never put anything (reason) on paper, even when requested to do so. She (agent) is no longer with allstate, has started her own agency and must have taken her old client database with her as she is now soliciting me from her new business. Good hands? Don't believe the hype 2400.00 a year for an '08 civic, yes 2400.00 a year for an '08 civic already paid for the car with my premiums
