SRC Leads was very aggressive on the sales end, totally worthless on the service end. When their list turned out to be junk, I requested my $750 back, per the money-back guarantee. No such luck... For awhile I got excuses like "we didn't get your fax" or "I didn't see your email". When I finally cornered them, and supplied everything they requested to get the refund, they still didn't pay. It's really simple; they use the "money-back guarantee" to sell their product/service, but never have any intention of honoring it.
I could tell that they have been through this before, and were masters of running people around until the frustrated client just gives up. It became obvious that this is their M.O., and I wasn't just an isolated case. Trust me... Their money-back guarantee is worth nothing. Save your money and go elsewhere.By the way, their C rating from the BBB should tell you something.
