I hired them to have my chimney cleaned prior to moving out. It was on an inspection requirements list. I called and they quoted $99 or $129 depending on if I had a fireplace or chimney. They came on the date specified but were 2 hours late. When they came they did the job quickly. He offered me a extra cleaning for only $40 (that was quoted as free). I declined but he said he would mark that I had it done anyway but I declined that dishonest practice as well. He also asked me NOT to tell the office he was going to do this and tried to convince me to do it because it would then be covered under warranty. Again I declined. When it was time to pay the bill they added an additional $40 as a travel charge. When I asked why there was a 40% increase I was told it was standard for a travel charge over an hour. I said you are in Atlanta and I am in Suwanee that is not an hour. I am not concerned WHERE you came from you are an Atlanta company. He didn't have an answer. I paid and should NOT have!
I then immediately took the quote and emailed Joey, the office manager, who sent me the quote and asked where the travel charge was on the quote. No response
The Office manager wrote me back and apologized for the inconvenience and offered me 50% off on other services. I don't think SO!
DO NOT USE this company they are crooks!
