We had gotten behind on payments. I called; made arrangements and fulfilled these arrangements. Drive Financial called... I talked to the person, told her we would make the current payment as soon as possible. She was very nice and stated it would be noted on our account. Drive Financial continues to call... I spoke to them a few minutes ago and was told that it was an "automated call" and they would continue to call. When I answer these automated calls it is dead silence.
These people call my husband's place of employment. They call my sister constantly and have even given our account information to her. This was after she told them to stop calling her and she would give me their message.
Is there something that can be done to at least limit these calls? This is ridiculuous.
