I went in for a highlight and cut. 4 days after I got it done, I called the salon. I explained to a gentleman who I think is the owner that I had a good 1/4 inch of hair from root up that wasn't highlighted. I said I will need a color job too soon and the color should be down to the root. I asked if I could come in that day and he said the lady who did my hair was far too busy that day. I asked him to have her call me. I never heard back that day and Saturday passd as well with no call.
I called Monday and scheduled an appointment. The stylist tried to tell me that the color shouldn't go down to the root. That's not true. I've been getting my hair higlighted for well over 20 years and had only had this issue happen once before, otherwise, my color goes down to the root. We went back and forth and she agreed to touch up the root, but I could tell she wasn't happy.initially, she said she didn't have time to blow dry me and I said I would myself.
Then, she said she did have time and she blew me out. She then had the nerve to charge me 25$. Sorry, but that's terrible business practice. She didn't do a good job to begin with and there should've been no charge. I didn't want to argue and wanted to get out of the place so I paid it. I will never go back and I won't recommend the place.
