Poor service

I obtained financing from their store having a reduction day of Jan. 13. I sent in my own expansion linen on Jan. 10 saying used to donot have direct-deposit therefore might they push-up my mortgage transaction day. They named and stated I'd to send my paystub showing used to donot have direct deposit. I sent the linen in, and that I was informed my reduction day could be Jan. 17.

On Jan. 14 I came across they'd attempted to withhold $190. Which caused a non-sufficient account charge. I quit a note within the weekend concerning the error. I received a turn to Friday. Jan. 16 and was informed they wouldn't attempt to withhold anything before next planned day of Jan. 27.

On Jan. 17 they attempted to withhold $190. Which caused another non-sufficient account charge. After I named I had been informed that I never sent within the paystub. I told them I'd, and that I had evidence (the particular doc I faxed along with a log-sheet of faxes that confirmed the day and also the quantity of websites faxed). The helper, Melinda, stated she never obtained the files and had named might work and quit me a note. After examining with my 5 co-workers, not one of them had spoken to her or obtained any communications from her.

Additionally they had a duplicate of my paystub since Dec after I initially required financing. I talked to some supervisor who had been very useful. She stated they'd return the NSF charges.

Jan. 18th, the $48. Reimbursement was in my own consideration as guaranteed, along side another attempted reduction of $190.00!! I called again, and quit a note using the supervisor in addition to faxing a notice declaring they'd explained no further breaks till Jan. 27 and they currently owe me another $24. NSF charge in addition to the $19.00 end transaction charge I'd to start so that they would quit getting out cash they explained they'dnot do.

I do want to record them, who do I contact? The Federal Trade Commission? The District Attorneys workplace?
