My husband, David M called Qwest to check on prices of their newest and lowest prices if you signed up for their broadband service. After David got the information, the lady on the phone said there would be a $75.00 processing charge. David told her that we were just getting information for comparison purposes. The next thing we know, there is a debit on our bank account from Qwest for $75.00. That was about six weeks ago.
Several telehone calls later with their assurances that the money would be refunded, and we still do not have our money back. We have the banking statements showing the debited amount, but we show nothing has been credited back to our account as of this date, April 3.
