Have been with Voiceral for since May with an unlimited plan. I decided to switch my Voiceral number over to my cell carrier and save about $20 a month because I really don't use the service, but wanted to keep the number.
My cell carrier made several attempts to make the transfer and Voiceral is refusing the request claiming that the information I provide to my cell carrier was incorrect. I provided all the information directly from my Voiceral account page, and it is correct.
About a year ago I tried the same thing, but wanted to switch to another VOIP carrier, my request was declined then also.
Voiceral is failing, and is down to about 150 customers, their attempting to hold customers hostage by preventing them from porting out numbers.
