Deplorable service, caused my bank to fraud protect my checking account

I've been requiring home-delivery for around 2 yrs. The main one I've been caught with hasbeen Von's/Safeway in Chino Hills, California.in only 4 deliveries I've had 16 errors. Errors wherever I had been charged for products not obtained; charged wrong quantities since discounts were overlooked after I completed the purchase using the savings; I received products I never requested; received 4 of an item after I ordered and taken care of 10 product; lacking the planned screen period for shipping. The final two purchases (a partners weeks apart) have now been one of the most annoying. I obtain a phone stating my card didn't take the cost. After I contact the financial institution to discover why they inform me my consideration was started out because of fraud protection. Nowadays I obtained a phone again stating my lender didn't take the cost. Affirmed the cost by Vonis started my consideration into fraud protection. I had been ready to fix the issue and informed when the purchase was charged within the next half an hour they'd make certain it experienced. Therefore about 5 minutes after Von's named me to say this would not undergo I named them back again to ask them to re-bill my bill. Now I understand that issues... Mistakes... Are likely to occur in a sizable company. I worked in customer support many years to get a big organization. Nevertheless when that glitch in "regular protocals" occurs a great customer support division will assist the client and not simply state, oh welll, thats the way in which it moves.
