I've never experienced so mistreated, misinformed and provided the runaround

Sadly I'm not composing this mail as some form of thanks for work very well performed but like a criticism towards the terrible support that I've obtained out of this company also to let you know that now I'll never conduct business with and SBC service or product or am I going to recommend any household or buddy to complete business with this particular organization.

I'll even be creating a criticism towards the Tools Commission and other people that will notice me even when it drops on deaf ears when I understand it'll.

I made preparations to pay for my telephone bill for that telephone number on March 10th. Used to donot spend the statement until that Mon on March 13th, my telephone support in those days wasn't disturbed and that I actually obtained a verification mail that thanked me for my cost. On Wednesday, March 15th after I returned home from function I really could not spot any outbound calls or may I obtain any inbound calls I subsequently named your customer support point and talked having a consultant that educated me that my providers were disturbed on March 13th, that was after I'd made cost. I had been also advised that I'd need to spend a $100.00 deposit to be able to obtain solutions from your own organization again.

Our criticism is the fact that I created cost just before my providers being disturbed and just how is the fact that suitable to hold back 2 times to return and remove my support? I understand from the countless clients that SBC has, lacking me like a client might not harm your main point here, but I will let you know this. It takes only 1 individual to begin a ripple so that as muchas possible I intend on being truly a ripple for SBC. I've never experienced so mistreated, misinformed and provided the run-around when I have within the last 12 hours and again when I contact my house telephone I'm still getting the exact same saving.
