I ordered the free trial of Acai Fuel. MY credit card was charged $6.95. I cancelled the account two days later after speaking with my co-worker who told me she ordered the trial offer and her card was charged $79.99 and informed me that it was a scam. Another few days went by and I figured let me call again to be sure my account was cancelled and that I would not be billed. On my second call I found out that the first sales person never cancelled my account even though I was given a cancellation number. On March 23 I was charged again $79.99 for the same product even though a second shipment was not sent. I spoke to customer service who stated that my account was never cancelled and they will investigate. I offered to return the shipment because I did not open the package. I was told no returns are accepted. I think as consumers we should be able to return a product if we change our minds and if we do not want a product. I think the sales people are trained to lie about cancelling the accounts and giving cancellation numbers that they cannot trace or track. Please inform anyone not to order this product because it is a scam to get into your account so you can be billed continuously and customer service is of no help
