I bought a higher finish Chattam & Wells bed from SitNSleep on 7-29-06 having a 10-year low prorated warranty. The bed is crap and it has fallen apart internally. It had been examined and discovered to become faulty and authorized for alternative.
Sit N Rest simply problems a credit in the future in to the shop and "PURCHASE" another bed. The credit isn't enough to protect changing the initial bed. And so I am caught having a poor bed, until I do want to spend the distinction to obtain the present listed mattress from their store for another $2,000.
I called Chattam & Wells, they're currently possessed by Spring Atmosphere. They stated it's not really a Mfg guarantee immediate, I've to return towards the unique store wherever i bought the collection and discuss together. They simply provide the wholesale price of the bed towards the store for alternative.
So here I'm, inventory having a poor bed with no guarantee assistance. Our back is affects every evening I rest with this bed. Stay n Rest isn't an honest and trusted organization to complete business with, I don't suggest them!!!
