I have been STRUGGLING since April 9 to obtain a loan modification with Wells Fargo under the HUD sponsored Hope For Homeowners Program.
I have sent EVERY faxed or mailed item when they've asked for it. TODAY, January 25, I was able to get a HUD representative to place a conference call to Wells Fargo/Loss Mitigation, with me on the phone, to find out what was taking so long.
