Loan Modifications of America is a dishonest loan modification company! Watch out Ross Miljenovich, we worked for this company to help them produce leads for loan modifications, we found out from the customers that they don't perform the service and just take the homeowners money. They hold on to the money for months and do nothing to help the customer that is losing thier home! We had to stop sending this customer leads because we found out they were being dishonest with the homeowners and tried to make us request money from the clients for them, if they called one of our leads and the homeowners was skeptical about sending them money to help them w / saving thier home they would turn around and say the leads were no good! We stopped doing business with them after we found out from one of the homeowners that they took thier money and did nothing for it! They continue to hold the money but no loan modification was done! Watch Out! Do your loan mod yourself or find a government agency, but stay away from this company for sure!
