I've been an Alltel client for a long time. I simply restored my agreement in August.in January of I obtained a statement for $234. The price of my regular agreement was $67 - $72. They mentioned that not just did I "review", but that I'd just been spending a quantity since summer of 08, declaring that I never settled my July 08 bill.
I went 12 models with Alltel, requiring that 1) easily hadnot settled my September bill a) my support might have been stopped in July or w) I'd not have now been ready to restore my agreement in July and 2) that I usually settled that which was indicated within the COMPLETE DUE line on my E-expenses and there is never a amount suggested. Long story short... Used to donot have something written down to exhibit the "COMPLETE DUE" quantities and, consequently, needed to spend the $234 bill.
Fastforward to today. Our statement is prepared. I login to see my complete due, looking to observe my regular $65 - $72 due. Alternatively, "TOTAL DUE" = 8!!! WHAT?
Today a CS representative from Alltel is requiring that I went 569 moments over (not possible) which I created more than 10 calls to my dad during the last month, a number of that have been over 1.5 hours (not at all possible).
They Are likely to "deliver me a document bill" instantly" and that I may evaluate the costs. I stated that I'd obtain the claims from my dadis provider, aswell to show that people speak 2x monthly for around 20 to half an hour. She stated that Alltel wont take that as evidence that used to donot create the calls. I asked her what might. Her reaction?! That I "really did not make sure they are". How am I designed to DO THIS easily cannot publish the telephone files of the amount I presumably named?
Quite simply, what Alltel comprises is really as great whilst the Gospel and we have to stay withit.
Obviously that Iam processing a using the BBB and there's NO means Iam spending their DECEPTIVE statement (specifically for the 2nd period in 2 weeks), even when I've to visit courtroom to show its fraudlence and absurdity!
