In today's economy no company has any room to mistreat clients, after all that is our livelihood. I just can't put my finger on who had the idea to be rude to their clients, mistreat them, and leave them with a mess... OH WAIT! Workspace cubed had that idea and did it to me!
I ordered 12 cubicles, gently used, delivered, and installed on "x" day at 9am. Well 9am goes by so does 10am, 11am, and so on. I never got a phone call and tried SEVERAL times to contact them, however the office phone conveniently goes to a cell phone for Heather (who doesn't know how to answer)! So the truck shows up at a quarter to 4pm!!! That is nearly 7 hours late! And they were in a U-haul, not even a company truck!
The men were VERY unprofessional. Dirty clothes, chewing gum (smacking gum) smoking on my premises, and talking on their cell phones. They then told me since it was SO late in the day they didn't have time to install the cubicles. I agreed that they could come back early am the next day to complete the job they left piled in my room.
8am the next day, 1 gentleman, 1 that's right showed up. No one else was with him! He said he had to wait on someone else to get here and help him! They never showed. So at 2pm I politely asked him what his plans were since I had errands to run and supplies to purchase for the office. So he left and said he would call me and inform me of a installation date! That never happened.instead I got this email after sending him one disgusted by their actions...

I think it is safe to say that mistakes were made ALL around.
We certainly share in all of it and I personally take responsibility for it.
However, we will not be unfairly beaten up because XXXXX's point person made incorrect choices from the start. And that seems to be the biggest issue besides her also misjudging the room size.
Also, I'm sure you are aware that we wasted the whole morning today because we followed your instructions to come back in to build the cubes. However we were subsequently forced to leave the premises while we were in the process of rectifying the changes ya'll were requesting.
As I said no one is perfect in all of this.
At this point I am planning to call you in the morning to discuss how/if we move forward.
I am not scheduling anyone to work on your cubes until we have consensus & and in writing for us both.
I will speak with you Friday morning.

That was the response I got. They never returned and I was left with a heap of piece in my cubicle room. I had to pay another company to install 6 of the cubes and I had to personally steam clean the filthy mess.
Take my warning! Do not call them for any products. They obviously do not want to be in business much longer. They have terrible customer service and can't seem to get their act together.
