Rip off, liars, and horrible customer service

I am writing to inform you all of the dissatisfaction and discomforting experiences I endured throughout my moving process with Infinity Moving and Storage. I was first informed by the sales representative that as long as I had everything on my list that I initially told him that my price would not change. Well of course, the day the movers showed up, an hour late might I add outside the window time frame the company gave me, the two guys entered and reviewed everything on the list. They confirmed that everything I stated on the list was there but because of the variety in size of my furniture that it would be an extra $750. I specifically informed the sales rep what size each piece of furniture was and he assured me several times my price would not change. I feel like I was forced to use this company because I was hit with this price the day I had to move. I called the moving office and they informed me that the sales rep who informed me of that info. No longer worked for the company. They specically told me that I would have to file a claim if I was not satisfied. Next, while I was signing the paperwork before the movers left I had to choose a delivery date. I informed them I was unsure because I had not located a place to live yet. (I was going to find one on Sunday.) The mover told me just put something down and on Monday morning call and give the company the correct information; so I did. (The movers did not complete the move until 10pm Fri night.) I made it to Texas Sunday afternoon and located a place; it would not be ready until Aug. 7th. On Monday morning, I called the moving company to provide the exact info. To them and they in turn tell me that my furniture would be there the next day (Tuesday). I told them my place would not be ready until Aug. 7th. And that they had not given me a chance to change my delivery date. (They were not open on the weekend for me to change ANY info.) So again, I was forced to find a place that would allow me to move in 24-48 hrs; such an inconvenience again. And now that the delivery truck has delivered my furniture, that experience wasn't such a pleasant one. While the movers where unloading my furniture, I noticed my $3000 king size NXG mattress was uncovered/unprotected in the truck; one of the reasons I chose a moving company to have my things protected. (That was not the way I seen it leave my home; it was completely wrapped with a blanket, folded together, and taped) When it arrived to my Texas home, it was just bare as if it was lying on my bed. I asked the driver why was it not protected. His response was "He didn't load it, he is just the driver." That was not acceptable in my eyes because I paid too much money for this mattress. After is was taken off the truck and brought into my bedroom, I noticed that the mattress was very dirty and had a deep dent in it. I have not slept on this mattress since it has been delivered because its that dirty. Also, the ottoman in the living room had a large slit in the leather, and my 5-drawer dresser has a hole in the bottom drawer, like something jabbed straight through it. I am very dissatified with the service I have received from customer service to my furniture being damaged. I have paid a great deal of money, and I expected the service I was promised.
