Loanbright was selling leads to me and I asked them to stop the campaigning because I did not want to continue service with them anymore. They then continued to bill my credit card three separate times totally about $1,600.00. I reported this to my bank, Bank of America and they did a full investigation and refunded part of my money.
Then Loanbright hired an attorney to seek money that was never owed to Loanbright in the first place. The attorney, Jon Baker, has been harassing past associates of mine, making derogatory comments, being very unprofessional and will not stop calling them when they are not associated with me anymore.
The attorney has my direct phone number but feels the need to handle this manner in a very rude way with people other than myself. Loanbright had said to contact their billing department before I had taken this issue up with my bank, I had left multiple messages for their billing department and no calls back, just more charges for no services rendered.
