I attended one of your seminars at Santa Clara Marriot in San Jose on December 5th.
The presentation was given by a Mr. Wayne Gray of AOA, NED ALLIANCE.
At first I was not sure if I was 100% interested in purchasing and signing for it. I spoke to Mr. Gray who explained to me that I could purchase it and think over the weekend and if I change my mind, I have three business days to change my mind and get all my money back. I believed in him and purchased the books.
I thought over it and on Tuesday (2nd business day) called into the NED ALLIANCE office and cancelled out of the agreement. I got an RMA number and was asked to return the package and that I will get the money back within 10 days after they received the package. I returned the unopened package with everything the same way. I also paid an extra $40.00 with the USPS to make sure that the package arrived there way in advance so that I can get my money back before the Christmas. As I had just recently had a surgery and was out of work, it was important for me to get the money back as soon as possible. The package was received in the NY office of the NED ALLIANCE office on December 12,08 and the return receipt was signed by Hans Bachusz.
I waited for 10 days and my money was not refunded into my credit card account. I called to find out what had happened. They confirmed that the package was received and that I should look out for my refund. Well, the refund never came through.
Since then, I have made 56 calls in total to the NED Offices. First 30 calls were made to the NY office # 1-866-815-8166 X241. I left messages and kept calling and with my luck one day, a gentleman finally answered the phone and asked me to call 1-800-214-6871 and told me that the office had moved to the Boca Raton office. I called there and they told me to call 1-800-495-1941. I made at least 10 calls before a girl, Miss Silva answered the phone and told me that the package is showing returned in the system and that she was sorry that I did not get my refund and that will make sure that accounting gets my message and the money returned to my account.
I asked her to have the accounting department to please call me which until to date has not happened. She gave me another number 1-877-642-9906. I called that number and the assistant told me that they had nothing to do with refunds and to try the Boca Rotan number and that they were the ones in charge of the refund. I have since then calling them every day at least 5 times each day and no one picks up the phone to talk to me or to give me an answer to when the refund will be in my credit card. I have left several messages with all the details and no one has returned my call.
I need my $1697.00 returned and would like to file a suit. Anyone has a contact for Wayne Gray so I can get papers files and served?
