On 2/20/05 I had received a phone call and was offered a Business Package Portfolio from NSBA which told me and in writing that if I didnt like what I got to simply send it back and I would get my refund within 30 days.
I received the package on Feb 28, and I sent it back on Feb 28. My member number xxxx940. I sent it back certified which was received by them tracking number 7004 2510 0002 7977 2364, and signed by Kim Chmzoc 3/3/05 date of delivery.
Because I had cancelled on 2/28/05, I expected my refunded within the first 30 days which would make it March 28.
I kept calling and got no return phone call, so I emailed them at their email address.
On 3/31/05, I got a call back saying that My refund would be sent 30 business days fromt he date I had received my cancellation.
That would make my refund coming back to me by April 6.
I have not as of yet received my refund, and had sent everything back today is April 28 sitll not refund it is going on 60 days since I should have gotten it. They wont return my phone calls and I have no choice but to follow through with a lawsuit against them. It's not the amount of money, its the principle and their un-professional business like practice ripping people off.
