I purchased a farm and went into a join venture with Carlos Albert Da Silva in Natal, Brazil.
After Carlos Da Silva take out his large fees from my Brazilian bank account, Carlos and his business partners lost all interest in obtaining the deeds form my farm. After being messed around for one year Carlos Da Silva changed his business partners and his new Brazilian business promised to help me get my deeds. This was just an act to delay me. After wasting one more year wait for the new business partner to obtain the deeds for a contacted a lawyer. The lawyer charged me alot of money to sort out the mess that Carlos Da Silva and his business partners charged me hugh fees to sort out. I finally obtained the deeds to the farm after spending consider time (over 3 years) and lots of lawyers fees, taxes etc. To sort out the deeds.
Also the joint venture failed to start so after one year of waiting I asked for my money back. Carlos Da Silva promised to return all my money. To date some of my money has been returned from the joint venture but Carlos Da Silva fails to pay back the rest of the money that he still owes me.
I checked out Carlos Da Silva and his company Limelight, 1290310 Ontario Ltd., 1557581 Ontario Inc. And found out that Carlos Da Silva had been charged, found guilt and fined by after breaking New Brunswich Securities acts and conning investors out of their money in Toronto, Canada. Carlos Da Silva company was forced to cease training and Carlos Da Silva was fined.

This company sells Real Estate mainly in Natal, Brazil to Canadian and USA investors.
Like a leopard never changes it's spot Carlos Da Silva hasn't changed his! The only difference now is Carlos Da Silva and his company have changed countries. But the facts remain the same. Carlos Da Silva doesn't live in Natal, Brazil and isn't registered with Creci (Brazilian agency for Real Estate agents). Therefore Carlos Da Silva isn't licensed to sell Real Estate in Brazil and therefore has to use a Brazilian partner.
