On december 25 i requested a laptop stand from the corporation. Following a couple weeks i named them concerning the status and that i was told that it'd delivered. I named advantages a few days later and they said they did not have an order for me personally. Now after i named the organization they explained the order hadn't delivered... It was backordered.in those days i told them to cancel the order. They informed me i'd have my refund within 3-5 times. Per week later i named them since i'dnot obtained the refund and they said the seller they use to process discounts was down which i'd have to do a charge back with my bank. The financial institution explained that since i'd put the order on my bank card they could not perform a charge back. I named the company and asked them to send me a check. They'd me send an in depth mail of what had happened plus a copy of my bank declaration, that we did on february 5. Since that time i've been calling and emailing them but still do not have my refund of $150.16. They wont give mean answer of all kinds at this time. Since this has been happening for nearly a few months i'm requesting help from outside businesses. I've emails to backup my account. Thanks so much!
