I put an order with this specific organization in 2008 and had no issues. I put another purchase on February 2 and obtained nothing—except they did cost my charge card instantly. Fourteen days later I sent requesting standing of purchase. They responded that products were on back-order (nothing stated after I requested) plus they must deliver within fourteen days. Well nothing happened. I sent again fourteen days later and was informed they'd not deliver till next week in March. Completely inappropriate! I sent termination of purchase and required reimbursement. No response. I called and named. Hard to speak with anybody. Sales Office doesn't take incoming calls. I eventually got mail requesting that I contact and provide card info to allow them to return. I reluctantly did that and was informed I'd get reimbursement within 5 times. I named this day, it being truly a week later and woman that ultimately responded telephone stated that sales had data and he or she might follow conclusion of the procedure today. Well obviously I still haven't gotten reimbursement. I'll contact once again tomorrow and you will be processing problem using the Georgia Governor's Workplace Consumer Fraud Department. Absolutely avoid the corporation!
