A hairdresser in Doylestown was taking reservations for hair appointments and continued to sell Gift Certificates. I was scheduled for a hair appointment on Thursday March 12 and when I arrived I was surprised to find the business closed. I approached the front door and it was open and the owner of the building was there. He explained that the tenant of his building left in the middle of the night on Saturday Night.
I am very disappointed that this occurred and I am now stuck with a $90.00 Gift Certificate that was given to me for Christmas by my Children. I have been a patron of this establishment for 8 years and I would have hoped that the owner of the business would have given the patrons at least some notice of their financial difficulties.
