Did not receive any products that were bought and paid for through paypal Claim They Are From The Usa

HI,
I ordered a ghd hair straightener from this company and have not received it and it has been four weeks. I paid $200 australian to paypal so i thought it would be secure enough, it turns out paypal can not guarantee money back.

The person kept emailing me telling me the product was going to arrive on (tuesday) then two weeks later i enquired and they stated another day. Obviously it didnt arrive either.

I have just gone back onto their website and they are no longer advertising ghd straighteners they are now called something else, i'm not sure whether that means they have been in trouble for mentioning ghd on their website.

Anyway i paid my money and have not received the item or a refund
