I ordered a product for $15.40 from this company and paid via PayPal and receive a confirmation from the company. 11 days later I receive a subsequent email telling me that they were placing my order "on hold" until they could get the money from PayPal.
I contacted the head of the company, Joe Richey, and asked for my money back. He refused. Soon after, the company announced that it would no longer deal with PayPal, which means that my order is "on hold" indefinitely and I am out $15.40.
I have also had the experience of placing and order with this company and having it ignored until I sent an email inquiring about it. One time Mr. Richey told me to place my order a second time! I, of course, refused and made him process the first order. I received the first part of my order rather quickly, but the other part took weeks to arrive.
