The owner of the small store and gas station called HOP N' SHOP located at 18th ave and 78th street in Vancouver WA more specifically Hazel Dell, picks his "favorite customers" and charges differently then everyone else. He rips you off! No prices are posted so he can charge people at a different price each time. He needs to be shut down! Please help in this effort to do this or at least get him to do the right thing!
