In 2008 I was hired by Truex Holdings by Tom Audette. At the time Tom was an owner of Renaissance Exteriors. Truex is supposedly a thriving credit card processing company, that does lines of credit. The "founder" Chris Sigfrid lives in a carriage house on lake Minnetonka with people who feel bad for him because he is homeless and a con artist. He hires people pretending he actually is the millionaire that owns the home when he is actually living for free out of pity.
He goes to CEO's and presidents and owner's of companies and pitches his great idea of cash-flow solutions and charges them retainer fees which he collects and then they never hear from him again. He hires people to do the same thing and then never pays them or follow through with the people they collected from. I found out the hard way this guy is not who he says he is he doesn't own copper mines or steel or whatever his new line is. Beware!
