Echo Trans World is terrible, definitely a scam. They moved my items from los angeles to shanghai. 50% of my items were damaged. They lost my dining room table (how do you do that?). The shipment took twice as long as they promised. Echo Trans World failed to ask me basic questions about my shipment that created serious customs issues, and my total fees where 30% higher than their quote. When i enquired about the claims process, i was told even before i received the instructions that my claim would be denied. And i had to threaten to deny acceptance before they would tell me the process. Echo Trans World is horrible, do not use them under any circumstances.
I understand they have had an unusual number of complaints. Shame on me for not checking the review websites. Shame on them for continuing their deceitful practices.
