I purchase 24 roses to be delivered to my wife for her birthday but she received 13 roses the mgr of the store said too bad and told me to get lost call the police on me and basicly told me to pound sand

I oder 24 roses for my wife's b-day and they deliver 13 roses and when I went back and met the manager at first he said that the employee who sold the flowers to me was an ediot and he had no permition to sell me 24 roses for $46.00 and I am "S" out of luck and when I told him watch his languege in front of my 26 months old daughter he startedto tell me to get lost before he kick me out and finally I call the police and to cover himself he as well called the police 911 and told them I have swing at him and the police had found out he was lying by conferming my story with other witnesses. I have been ripped off and was curst at and waisted my time and money.
