Country Floral - Paulette Demosthenis
Ripoff. Delivered wrong roses which died in less than 24 hours. Will not replace them

I ordered a dozen fire and ice roses to be delivered to my wife on her birthday 12/24/05. Country Floral sent her a dozen peppermint roses that day and they were not yet bloomed. They claimed that the arrangement would last longer since the roses aren't bloomed yet. Despite the ugly flower arrangement my wife accepted it, however the roses were dead on christmas morning which was less than 24 hours after they were delivered. They claim that it was because I had heat on at my shop. I did not have the heat running because the temperature outside was 65 degrees. Why would I need the heat on? Anyways they refused to replace or refund my order.
