I received a bouquet of roses from a friend for my 60th birthday. I was thrilled. When I took out the roses and snipped off the stems I realized that there were actually 10 roses and 2 carnations. (Maybe they thought I wouldn't notice). I then realized that all but 2 of the roses were brown at the edges, several with dropping heads. The petals and leaves began dropping off that day. I placed a call to the florist who put the bouquet together. She appeared uninterested and told me to call "customer service". I placed 4 calls to customer service and left messages - since that's all you can do - and, after 5 and a half days have yet to talk to a real live person. I would never deal with this company.
