In mid, we were approached with a really passionate Rotham and Smart worker, Daniel Saxton, attempting to assist us with this company choices. He was extremely personable and constant. We required the 'bull-dog' strategy with this selections so we employed them. We are speaking big dollars $100K.
Rothman and Smart noted obtaining resources. Following the first check was 'dropped within the email', we were reissued another sign in early December (significantly less than 1/5 of the sum total). At that time they extended gathering and guaranteed that inspections were released about the 15th of every month for that funds gathered in the earlier month. We obtained no check in Dec or Jan and we extended calling plus they extended encouraging a check. Today they're not returning calls.
Ultimately, Rothman and Smart required our organization for approximately $80K. We are able to just speculate since they're not addressing our calls. A number of our clients claim they settled them entirely and we're waiting on the canceled checks as evidence. We've delivered notices to all our borrowers showing that Rothman and Smart were scammers and also to not spend them another cent.
