Hello, 4 months ago i received a flyer in the mail to get an premium oil change, tires checked all fluids topped of. Rotate tires. The price was $39.95 with a &$10.00 rebate. I have been waiting for my rebate check for over 3 months now.
I come to find out it is not real money but a debit card for $10.00 but only to be used at ford manistee. I believe this is a rip off. I have no complaints about my 2004 mercury grand marquis. It is a great car. But if you people want us to be you regular customers you should do better than that.
We are on a fixed income and figured the service on my car with a $10.00 rebate was a great deal. We will not go back there again with all this bail out money you should be more customer friendly. I know no stimules money is going to ford yet. Thank you.
