I also received a call on February 10, offering warranty services for my household appliances. They were supposed to send me a packet to review and decide if I wanted to keep it or decline. I never received a packet and within a couple of days they started hitting my account for various amounts.
I have tried to call them multible times and I keep getting an automated system that is not for Safe Secure. I have left nurmurous messages and have recieved no responce from anyone.
I went to my bank to cancel my card but they told me that even though the card has been turned off, since these people have the card information, they can still hit on my account as long as there is money in the account. They told me to watch my account and if they keep hitting on it, I may have to close my account and open a new one.
I could not believe that with the card turned off, the bank would continue to honor their request.
