I am sorry to say I did not check with ripoff until after i had placed my order for a custom ring from berardines. I order the ring December 12 and the last contact I had with Nancy (owner) was February 10. On February 10 I spoke to Nancy and she told me the ring was finished and she was shipping it the next morning. The ring has not arrived and now Nancy is not answering phone or email. I found on ripoff othe individuals who have had the same problem with bernardines.
