I ordered Zoo Books for my children from these people. It would be an extention of current subscription. We got "Final Issue" from Zoo Books. I tried to access Micro-Gems to find out problem. The site was "closed for maintenance" I emailed the micro-gems as directed on the "closed" page. I received notice that the email address was permanently closed. This is a true rip off and needs to be addressed. My kids have lost both money and faith in human nature.
